ABOUT KRISI
Hi, I’m Krisi, and my coaching ethos focuses on helping you feel your best, not just on weight loss. I prioritise building strength, cardiovascular health, and fostering a positive relationship with food and exercise. Having overcome my own struggles with disordered eating and body image, I’m passionate about guiding others through their journeys. With 7 years as a Police Officer and experience in the demanding City life, I understand the challenges of balancing a busy schedule with training, and I’m committed to offering personalised, dedicated support to each of my clients.

I am not weightloss-centric
I will never post a weightloss before & after, because if your only goal is to lose weight, I’m not the PT for you. I am focused instead on how you feel, promoting strength and cardiovascular health, and above all – fostering a positive relationship with food and exercise.

I’ve struggled with disordered eating
and horrendous body image myself, both of which l’ve overcome over many years, through trial and error. I now enjoy helping others do the same.

I cap the number of clients I take on
I’d rather train 10 clients well than 50 clients half-heartedly!
